I Learned To Drive In And Around LA Way Back When

Watching a video on X showing the highways mostly empty at 0800 on a Monday morning. Even back in the lat 60's traffic was terrible.

When  I took my driving test, I pulled out of the parking lot and drove about 10 feet and came to a stop. After a couple of minutes I'd creep forward about 4 feet and stop for another few minutes. Pull forward. Stop. Creep. Stop.

After a few minutes the Tester dude to me to know the shit off OR ELSE.

But, hell, that's how I learned to drive.

supposed to be training wheels there...
